PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This educational Whiteboard MicroModule program offers healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with retinal diseases an opportunity to learn about recent evidence on anti-VEGF agents in the management of nAMD and DME. Through interactive whiteboard animations, participants will examine results of recent long-term extensions of pivotal clinical trials and real-world studies on next-generation anti-VEGFs to support their role in optimizing patient outcomes.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of clinicians in ophthalmology or retina fellowships.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon the completion of this program, attendees should be able to:
- Explain evolving clinical data with next-generation anti-VEGF agents in patients with nAMD or DME
- Apply next-generation anti-VEGF agents for the treatment of patients with nAMD or DME, based on evidence and patient-related factors
